This by the artist authorised work is a miniature replica of Indianapolis Museum of Art's giant outdoor Cor-ten steel LOVE, translated into red aluminium. Red is the colour of love and passion. This brushed aluminium paperweight commemorates the artist most iconic design. It's from an open edition that was dis-continued in 2013. This is from pre-2009. These are now very rare, with the red version being the most sought after. This object comes with the original insert card and box. Stamped/incised on the underside is the text: "Authorized Replica/Robert Indiana/LOVE/Indianapolis Museum of Art/2011 Morgan Art Foundation/ARS, NY/All Rights Reserved." with the copyright logo of the publishers.
