The three pieces are beautifully hand-painted with ornate floral and whip motives, very typical for the Art Nouveau period. They were made at the Weduwe De Winter & Zoon house in Brussels. The pieces are marked at the bottom and numbered and also have a painted mark. Both candlesticks are in very nice condition, no problems to the ceramics. They are flanked by metal dragons. On each of the candleholders at least one 'tub' has been replaced with a very similar one, so much so that I've only noticed this when making the photos. The clock is a different story. This one has broken in the width in the middle and was unprofessionally restored. That can be undone and certainly be done again with a much more beautiful result. The movement itself has also suffered damage and is not complete. Please take the time to have a look at the photos, I've tried to depict everything as well as possible. Due to fragility and weight, I prefer that these pieces are picked up.
